Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept payment by Debit or Credit Card. We do not charge for any item until it is available for delivery. Backordered items are not charged until they are despatched. You may send your credit card information to us on-line at the time you place your order, or via phone, fax or surface mail. Email should not be used for the transmision of personal information or card details.

All prices iquoted on our site are inclusive of any Value Added Tax (VAT), but do not include any Handling or Delivery Charges which may be chargeable, dependant on delivery destination. We will advise you of any such charges prior to despatch of your order, at which time, if you have elected to pay by Debit or Credit Card, your card will be charged with the value of your order plus these additional charges..

When you place your order on-line you will immediately receive an automated acknowledgement email.This is simply to confirm that we have received your order and does not indicate that a contract exists between us at this stage.. We will indicate final acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Delivery by our own transport vehicles is free of charge to destinations within the local area.

Delivery to destinations outside the local area will usually entail the use of a third-party carrier. If you require this service please telephone us before finalising your order to discuss details and enable us to determine handling and delivery charges.

We cannot offer delivery to any destination outside mainland Great Britain.

Prices quoted within the on-line store and at the check-out stage do not include any handling or carriage charges which may be payable (see under 'Making a Purchase', above).
Delivery Schedule If all the items you have ordered are in stock delivery will normally be made within 5 days. We will contact you to agree the exact date. If any items are not in stock we will advise you of this and of the expected delivery date. If part of your order is available we can deliver this right away or hold it back until the whole order is in stock.
Credit Card Security Debit and Credit Card l details which you provide via our SSL Secure Server are fully encrypted using 1024 bit encryption, as verified by the 'Golden Padlock' icon which will appear on your screen. Details are only decrypted after they reach our computer. Credit/Debit card details are erased from our PC once the transaction has been satisfactorily completed.
