 | More About Our On-Line Service Our service enables customers throughout South East England to order from our wide range of quality ready-made furniture for delivery to their home or business from our showroom in Ashford, Middlesex.
Delivery by our own transport vehicles is free of charge for local deliveries. Please contact us regarding other delivery charges.
Delivery to destinations outside the local area will usually entail the use of a third-party carrier. If you require this service please telephone us before finalising your order to discuss details and enable us to determine handling and delivery charges.
We cannot offer delivery to any destination outside mainland Great Britain.
If all the items you have ordered are in stock delivery will normally be made within 5 days. We will contact you to agree the exact date. If any items are not in stock we will advise you of this and of the expected delivery date. If part of your order is available we can deliver this right away or hold it back until the whole order is in stock.

| When placing an order on-line you may pay by debit or credit card. We accept the cards shown here. When you click on the CHECKOUT button you will be asked to indicate your preferred method of payment. If you choose 'Credit Card' you will be transfered to our Secure Server for you to enter your card and other personal details.The 'Golden Padlock' icon which will be displayed at the bottom right of your screen is your assurance that all your details will be encoded to the guaranteed highest level (1024-bit) of encryption before being transferred to us.
Your card will not be charged until the goods you have ordered are ready for despatch, at which time you will be advised of any additional delivery and handling charge as described above.
If you prefer to telephone us with your payment details please do so, on 01784 255442. Alternatively you can send a cheque to our Ashford address. In either case just choose the 'Card details/cheque sent separately' option when you check out from the on-line store. Please quote the Order Number which appears on your receipt screen / email when you write or telephone.
For security you are advised not to send your card details by email.
